A training and information session on TÜBİTAK 2209-A “Research Projects for Undergraduate Students” and 2209-B “Industry-Oriented Research Projects” programs was organized under the coordination of the Project and Technology Office, hosted by the Faculty of Engineering, Architecture and Design at Bartın University (BARÜ).

The event, held on October 23, 2025, at the Mimar Sinan (Numerical) Lecture Hall Conference Room, provided students with comprehensive information about the project preparation processes. During the training, details regarding the 2209-A/B project application stages, evaluation criteria, key points in project writing, and sample project applications were discussed.

The session also emphasized the academic and technical support students can receive from faculty members and Project Office experts during the process of turning their ideas into successful projects. At the end of the event, students’ questions were answered, and discussions were held on possible challenges and solutions related to project development.

Through this informative training, the Faculty aims to strengthen the research culture among students and encourage their active participation in TÜBİTAK-supported projects.
