At the event organized by Bartın University TEKNOFEST and Competitions Coordination Office, the success stories of our TEKNOFEST 2025 finalist teams were shared with academics and students.

The event was attended by Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Selçuk GÜMÜŞ, members of the TEKNOFEST and Competitions Coordination Office Assoc. Prof. Dr. Abid USTAOĞLU, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bilal KURŞUNCU, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ersin ALAYBEYOĞLU, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ümit DEMİRBAGA, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Berk ÜSTÜN, Asst. Prof. Dr. Şeyma ÇAĞLAR ÖZHAN, along with academic advisors and student club presidents.

Res. Asst. Şuheda KALTAKKIRAN, a faculty member of our department, shared the experiences of the Tunga Saye UAV Team and the Space Camel Rocket Team, which competed as finalists in TEKNOFEST 2025. She elaborated on the teams’ project development and competition processes, highlighting the challenges they encountered, their teamwork, innovative solution efforts, and achievements. It was emphasized that these experiences make significant contributions to the development of engineering culture and provide inspiration to students.

In addition, information was provided about the application process for competitions, underlining the importance of active participation by student clubs in TEKNOFEST and other national/international competitions.

Bartın University continues to take pride in the achievements of its student teams while supporting innovative projects and contributing to the education of future engineers.
