Significant Contribution from Our Faculty Students to the ÜNİDES Digital Portal

Supported by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the ÜNİDES Digital Portal was launched to enable student clubs operating at universities to come together in a digital environment, announce their activities to wider audiences, and develop joint collaborations.

In the project team, which includes students from various universities across Türkiye, Emircan Sazlı, Hamza Ketenci, Ali Kadir Güzel, and Burak Erken, students of the Department of Computer Engineering of our Faculty, also took part and contributed to the development process of the portal.

Designed as a digital meeting point for university student clubs, the portal allows events, projects, and activities to be shared, while also providing a platform for student clubs at different universities to get to know one another and carry out joint work. The active involvement of students in the technical processes of the project is considered an important achievement in terms of demonstrating young people’s competencies in software, design, and digital production.

The Dean of our Faculty, Prof. Dr. Handan Ucun ÖZEL, congratulated our students involved in the project and stated that such initiatives make significant contributions to students’ professional development and strengthen our Faculty’s culture of producing practice-oriented projects.
