An “Improvement Talk” meeting was held under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Handan UCUN ÖZEL, Dean of our Faculty, with the participation of our administrative staff. Vice Deans Bilal Kurşuncu and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Abid Ustaoğlu also attended the meeting.

During the meeting, which took place in a sincere and friendly atmosphere, issues related to the administrative functioning of our faculty were discussed, and a general evaluation of the year 2025 was made. In addition, views were exchanged regarding expectations and goals for 2026.

The results of the 2025 Administrative Staff Satisfaction Survey were also reviewed, and possible improvement actions based on the findings were discussed. The meeting concluded with the evaluation of suggestions that will contribute to institutional development, following the sharing of opinions and recommendations by the administrative staff.
